Orgs auto-provision by email domain. Onboard your team, assign roles, score multiple products, and read composite analytics across the portfolio.

Team scoring

We support multi-product orgs with team-based scoring, composite analytics, and portfolio-level intelligence. This page covers setting up your team and getting the most from collaborative scoring.

Creating a team

Teams auto-provision by email domain. When you sign up with a work email, you join (or create) the org tied to that domain.
1

Sign up with your work email

Use your company email at registration. We pull the domain and match you to an existing org (or create a new one).
2

Name your org

The first user from a domain becomes admin and can set the org display name under Settings > Account.
3

Add products

Create products from the dashboard. Each product needs a URL and display name. Products are shared across all team members.

Onboarding members

Any team member can onboard colleagues. New members default to the Member role.
1

Share the sign-up link

Anyone who signs up with the same email domain joins your org automatically. No invite code needed.
2

Assign roles

Admins can promote members to higher roles from Settings > Members. Available roles: Member, Lead, Executive, Admin.

Roles follow a hierarchy. You can’t assign a role higher than your own or modify users who outrank you.

Composite team scores

When your team scores multiple products, we compute composite analytics that surface patterns across your portfolio.

Portfolio average

The portfolio average is the mean score across all products in your org. A single number to track over time and benchmark against peers.

Dimension heatmap

The suite view shows a heatmap of all 27 dimensions across all products. Easy way to spot:
  • Systemic strengths: dimensions where your entire portfolio reads well
  • Systemic weaknesses: dimensions consistently low across products
  • Outliers: products that diverge from the portfolio pattern

Score timeline

Track how your portfolio average moves month over month. Each re-score updates the timeline, surfacing whether your investments are paying off.

Portfolio analytics

Access portfolio-level intelligence from the Suite page (Lead role or above).

Suite intelligence

Cross-product dimension analysis, cluster identification, and surfaced reads on your portfolio’s maturity patterns.

Dashboard

All products with latest scores, deltas from previous runs, and quick access to individual reports.

What suite intelligence surfaces

  • Cluster analysis: groups dimensions into Foundation, Market Position, Execution Engine, and Outlier categories
  • Systemic patterns: dimensions strong or weak across your entire portfolio
  • Cross-product reads: observations about how your products compare and where collective investment lands the highest impact
  • Score deltas: track move or regression per product between runs

Practice

  • Score on a cadence. Re-score products monthly to track trajectory and catch regressions.
  • Score before and after. Run a baseline before major initiatives. Re-score after to measure the move.
  • Use adapters. Connected tools (GitHub, Linear, Slack) provide operational ground truth that tightens scoring accuracy and confidence.
  • Review as a team. Share suite analytics in product reviews to align on priorities.
Scoring costs credits. Each URL score costs 10 credits. Monitor usage under Settings > Usage and bump to Pro for higher limits.
