The diagnostic is the fastest way to read across all three frameworks. Five tabs: Summary, People, Process, Product, Tensions. The Tensions tab is usually where the highest-leverage move shows up.

Diagnostic report

The diagnostic is a unified five-tab view that brings Team Operations, Development Lifecycle, and Product Assessment together for a single product. The fastest way to read your cross-framework alignment and surface where team capability, build process, and product capability are pulling in different directions. Access it from any product page: Products > [product name] > Diagnostic.

The five tabs

Cross-framework read at a glance.
  • Composite scores for the three frameworks side by side
  • Cross-framework alignment rating (degree to which the three frameworks are pulling together)
  • Top 3 strengths and top 3 gaps across all frameworks combined
  • Recommended starting point: which framework gap to move on first for maximum leverage

When to use the diagnostic

Run the diagnostic before each quarter to surface the highest-leverage investment area across all three frameworks. The Tensions tab often reveals which process gaps are capping an otherwise strong team.
Investors want to see cross-framework alignment, not just one-dimensional maturity. The Summary tab shows the three side by side. The Tensions tab explains your risk surface honestly.
A significant product change often shifts product capability while team and process scores lag. Running the diagnostic after a pivot surfaces the new tension map.
The People tab gives a clear read on team capability gaps without a full audit.

Cross-framework alignment

Alignment is the state where all three frameworks score well and reinforce each other.

Ask DAC on the diagnostic page: “what’s the highest-leverage tension I should resolve this quarter?” DAC will synthesize all three frameworks into a single prioritized recommendation.
