Agents run on a schedule or trigger, analyze your product data, and surface structured artifacts in your dashboard. Available on Pro plans and above. Start with the weekly strategic digest, layer real-time alerts later.

Set up automated intelligence agents

As a leader, you want agents running on a schedule so you receive proactive reads on scoring trajectory, anomalies, and competitive shifts without watching dashboards every day.

What agents do

Agent Studio is the surface for managing autonomous workflows. Agents run on schedules or triggers, analyze your product data, and produce structured artifacts (reports, alerts, recommendations) that surface in your dashboard.

Strategic intelligence

Reads scoring trajectory, surfaces cross-product patterns, and surfaces strategic moves for your portfolio.

Anomaly detection

Monitors score moves and adapter signal for unusual patterns. Alerts you to regressions or unexpected lifts.

Competitive monitor

Tracks competitor product changes and scoring moves. Surfaces competitive intelligence in your dashboard.

Coaching digest

Surfaces periodic coaching summaries grounded in your scores. Highlights the highest-impact moves for your current stage.

Set up your first agent

Agent Studio runs on Pro plans and above. Default agents land automatically when you first visit the Agents page.
1

Open Agents

Hit Agents in the main nav. Your account is provisioned with default agent definitions on first visit.
2

Read default agents

Each agent shows its type, description, current status (active or paused), and last run time.
3

Activate an agent

Toggle from Paused to Active to start scheduled runs.
4

Configure triggers

From the agent detail view, hit Triggers to set when the agent runs.

Trigger types

Each agent supports multiple trigger types.
TriggerReadBest for
ScheduleRecurring schedule (daily, weekly, custom cron)Regular intelligence digests
EventFires when a specific event occurs (new score, sync, threshold breach)Real-time alerts on changes
ManualOn-demand from Agent StudioAd-hoc reads before meetings
Start with the default weekly schedule. Once you’re comfortable with the agent’s output, layer event-based triggers for real-time alerts.

Agent artifacts

Every agent run produces structured outputs.
  • Reports: markdown analysis with data and recommendations
  • Alerts: short notifications on anomalies or threshold breaches
  • Recommendations: specific next moves ranked by projected impact

Reading artifacts

Open the agent detail page and pick the Runs tab. Each run shows timestamp, duration, status, artifact links, and token usage.
Agent type: strategic intelligence. Schedule: weekly (Monday morning). Output: portfolio-level read on scoring trajectory, dimension moves, and priority recommendations for the week.
Agent type: anomaly detection. Trigger: event (score move > 5 points either direction). Output: alert with affected dimensions, possible causes, and investigation steps.
Agent type: competitive monitor. Schedule: monthly. Output: competitor scoring moves, new capability detected, positioning implications.
Agent type: coaching digest. Schedule: quarterly. Output: progress read, milestone celebrations, priorities for next quarter.

Monitor agent performance

Track agent effectiveness from the Agent Studio dashboard.
MetricRead
Run historyTimeline of all executions with status
Success ratePercentage of runs that completed without error
Average durationTypical run time for capacity planning
Artifacts generatedVolume of outputs per run
Token usageTokens consumed per run for cost tracking
Agent runs consume credits based on complexity. A typical strategic intelligence run uses 1-3 credits. Monitor usage under Settings > Usage.

Troubleshooting

If an agent run fails:
  1. Check the run detail page for error messages
  2. Verify connected adapters are still authorized
  3. Confirm the product being analyzed still exists
  4. Read your credit balance (agent runs consume credits)

What’s next

Track your portfolio

Agents work best alongside active portfolio monitoring.

Connect adapters

Agents produce sharper reads when fed live operational data.
