The reports we hand back after a score, and how to read each one.

Every score generates a stack of reports. The Maturity report is the primary read. Operations, Lifecycle, Roadmap, POM, and Suite reports re-cut your scores through specific lenses. Pick the lens that fits the conversation you’re in.

After we score a product, we generate multiple report views. Each one reads your maturity from a different angle so you have the right read for the conversation you’re in.

What you get

Maturity report

The primary read. Composite score across all 27 dimensions (6 functions), stage placement, and the next move per dimension.

Operations report

How your team’s workflows operate across the 6 functions: Strategy, Design, Development, Operations, GTM, and Intelligence.

Lifecycle report

Where you sit on the 6-stage build process. Progress across all 36 lifecycle tasks.

Roadmap report

A prioritized action plan derived from your gaps. Ranked moves with projected impact and sequencing.

POM overlay

Your scores mapped to the Product Operating Model. 20 principles across 27 dimensions.

Suite intelligence

Cross-product analytics. Dimension correlations, systemic gaps, and score trajectories across your portfolio.

Maturity report

The primary read. Carries your composite and a breakdown across all 27 dimensions.

Every scored product has overlay views off the report nav at /r/{id}/. Each one re-reads your 27 Team Operations dimension scores through an external framework.

POM overlay

DORA metrics

/r/{id}/dora Deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and mean time to restore. Mapped from your Development function and GitHub adapter signal.

OKRs

/r/{id}/okrs Your scoring dimensions translated into suggested OKR language by function. Useful for quarterly planning.

North Star

/r/{id}/northstar North Star metric health and input-metric quality, derived from your Operations function (analytics and feedback loop).

Shape Up

/r/{id}/shapeup Basecamp’s Shape Up framework applied to your Development and Operations scores. Appetite, pitch quality, and cycle health.

Product capability

/r/{id}/ai Product Assessment breakdown inside your Team Operations score. Surfaces which dimensions reflect strong product capability vs. surface-level adoption.

/r/{id}/ops Full operations report view. Six function scores with drill-down to each dimension, sorted weakest-first.

Lifecycle

Overlay views unlock on Pro plans and above. POM overlay needs the POM add-on or Pro+ plan.

Unified diagnostic view

The unified diagnostic combines Team Operations, Development Lifecycle, and Product Assessment in a single 5-tab view. It’s the fastest way to read across all three frameworks at once.

Report access varies by plan and role. Members see the Maturity report. Leads and above see Operations, Lifecycle, and Suite Intelligence. POM overlay and Roadmap need Pro or above. See Roles and permissions and Plans and billing.

Sharing reports

Every scored product has a shareable URL at /r/{id}. Anyone with the link can view the Maturity report without signing in. Other report types need auth.

What does each share link expose?

/r/{id} (the Maturity report) is publicly viewable, no auth. The Operations, Lifecycle, Roadmap, POM, and Suite reports all sit behind auth and respect your role permissions. If you want to share an overlay externally, export it as a PDF from the report header.

When do reports refresh?

Reports are point-in-time, tied to a specific score. Re-scoring the product creates a new report. The score history rail in the dashboard lets you compare reports across runs and trace what moved.
